Fair housing

The short answer

Gold Peach Realty and Blue Ridge Cabins support the Fair Housing Act and equal housing opportunity. We do not describe areas, homes or neighbours in terms of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin, and we welcome every buyer and seller in Fannin County and across North Georgia.

Last checked October 17, 2026

The federal Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination in housing because of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin. Gold Peach Realty follows it in every transaction, and this guide describes places by their roads, water, rules and amenities, never by who lives there.

If you believe you have experienced housing discrimination, you can contact the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development at hud.gov/fairhousing.
