Who publishes this guide
Blue Ridge Cabins is published by Gold Peach Realty, a licensed real estate brokerage in North Georgia. We earn our living helping people buy and sell homes, and we say so on every page. The featured listings on this site are Gold Peach Realty’s own, labelled as such.
How we check facts
- Every rule, fee, date and number comes from the agency or organisation that sets it: Fannin County, the North Georgia Health District, the Tennessee Valley Authority, the U.S. Forest Service, the Census Bureau and the State of Georgia. Each is linked where it appears, with the date we checked it.
- Where we could not confirm something from a primary source, we leave it out. A few historical facts come from the New Georgia Encyclopedia, and road distances are map-measured; both are labelled.
- We do not publish prices, market statistics or rental-income estimates. Listings show the MLS’s own data on goldpeachrealty.com.
Writing and AI

Every photograph is a real, credited image of the place it shows, under a Creative Commons licence or in the public domain. The film on the home page is cut from six of them. See photo credits.
